Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

What are the best SBT methods when you are totally desperate, don't have N nor SN and cannot do anything at home because you are guarded 24/7. What to do? Is the train method reliable? What about throwing myself into a Truck? What's the chance of success?
You can't control what part of your body you'll land on... All you can do is find a place that's sufficiently high to jump from (& not jump into water, ofc)

I read somewhere that you can control the angel before you jump, like bend down so your head hit fisrt rather than the standing position but idk sounds terrifying either way but if my SN evee fail I'll jump right after
I'm not a fan of train or truck method because it gets someone else involved who may experience trauma from it.
There was a list I found on this website awhile ago that had a list of methods, and their efficacy. I couldn't find it, but I did find this answer from Quora which shares a bit more info about the statistical likelihood of dying from certain methods.
Answer (1 of 253): It is morally questionable that I answer this question but for the purpose of information, I suppose I should. I, for one, do not support suicide in terms of mental health issues. This is something treatable and manageable but you would have to seek help. There is nothing wrong...
I'm sorry you are in this situation. We all deserve the option of a peaceful exit at a time of our own choosing, it is our life and our decision and nobody else has any say in it. It is awful feeling as if you are trapped. Whatever happens, I hope you find peace.
