When I don't take benzo I really wanna ctb but lack strength and nerve. When I do take one I feel calmer and not as scared and put it off. It's so annoying.

Hard to say,. Everyone reacts differently to different substances. Which are you talking about,. Xanax or what ?Yeah when I'm in a panic attack and haven't take my klonopin I want to die and hang myself at that very moment regardless of what it does to my family. When I take them I feel Like I have to wait until I can find a way not to traumatize them.Similar threads
