prolly bad idea. the more intoxicated you are the higher the chance of failing especially with partial. Full maybe. but i have failed partial 2 times cuz i was too high on benzos and drunk. worth a try I guess. but it would be better to have somewhat of a clear head before trying partial.

I don't understand why. Because diazepam should kill the SI, isn't it?

It's not only about SI. Partial can be tricky. You need to find the The "sweet spot". Otherwise you will compress your airways instead of your arteries and wont be able to pass out. I was really fucked up 2 times and I couldn't compress my arteries without feeling I was chocking to death cuz I was too fucked up to readjust the noose. My input. Try it and see what happens.

Ok. I get the point. You are less sensitive to put the rope at the good location.
