Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Does anyone find it hard to leave their bed. Like stay in it all day. It's a horrible existence. It takes me every ounce of strength to get up. Get up for cigarettes that's about it.

That's how it's been for me. It's bad because I should be using that time to plan my suicide, but I feel so tired and awful that I lack the energy/brain power to do it.

For me, sometimes it can be very difficult to get out of bed. There is nothing that I want to get up for. I do not want to have to experience life at all, consciousness can be torture. I do not have any energy for anything, I want to sleep forever.

I experience the same every day. I don't actually have the energy to do even the most simple things. It also limits me in making appropriate steps for my plans. Just don't have the energy for anything whatsoever. I feel like it's been like this since I got on anti depressants again. I'm alive, but not really living.

I had to call in sick to work for a mental health day because I couldn't get out of bed. I finally did about 3pm because I had to walk and feed the dog.

Yup im in the thick of it myself as we speak. I get up for methadone and my usual psych med cocktail. I do spend time cleaning in the morning but by afternoon I just want to lay in bed and from about 1:00 to 2:00 on I do exactly that, lay in bed.
I am bipolar amongst other things so I get the full spectrum of mood swings up and down.
The depression stages last the longest with mania spurts every blue moon
I vape so I don't need to go outside to smoke. When I had a dog I was more into life and going on walks.
I love sleep.
It's why I want to ctb with N or something similar. I just want to drift off to sleep nice and peacefully thank you very much.

I hope you find peace no matter what.

I've been at this point for a short while. I've noticed sleep goes by so much faster now. Whether its natural or drug induced sleep, its like instantenous.

Same here, I manage to drag myself out to work and take care of the dogs, otherwise I'm in bed the majority of the time. Life has been absolute hell since 2019. I havent woken up one single day that I can recall being happy to be alive. Ugh

If I didn't have my dog I would almost never leave my apartment. I try and get food and most supplies delivered. Sometimes I have to see certain docs in person and pick up certain meds from the pharmacy. If I have 1 thing to do on my plate - like putting away the clean dishes - it takes me all day cause I need a break after 10 seconds.

i never had this problem when I lived in areas that are walkable. If it's a walkable community I can always find an excuse to get out

If it's a suburban sprawl hellscape where there is no where to walk without dodging cars going 40 mph then i do a lot more of this

I've been depressed since I was a kid. Sometimes I browse various mental health and depression forums/communities and realize that it really is that bad when I notice that I am much lower functioning than ~95% of the posts, and that this has been most of my life now. I feel so much shame that I struggle and feel too tired to even do basic tasks in daily life.
