Venting becoming delusional?

i think reality is made up, sometimes i think if i die i will wake up. i know this is absurd but i cant help but believe it at times, theres a lot of small interactions i have which further prove this. im aware this is completely delusional but im starting to believe it more, im afraid one day ill fully believe it and lose my mind.
it feels like i exist somewhere else and this is just a dream that will end when i die.

You are dealing with detachment, its not paychosis so there no reason to worry u will lose ur mind.
Basically its a defensive mechanism some people tend to experience when they are overwhelmed. U can google dissociative disorder to understand more.
