Instantly every muscle in my body tensed and I couldn't move I was violently shaking and I just kept thinking "I'm gonna die, I'm gonna die, I'm gonna die."
It felt like a long time but in reality it was less than 7 seconds, I got throw backwards and did a backflip
It's not a method at the top of my list but I'll keep it in mind as a backup

I'm not a big fan of pain (my pain tolerance is on the low end and some kinds of pain I could tolerate longer but not by much), even if it is brief so while this may be a viable method for some, I don't think I'd be able to take the pain for it to be successful.
