what should i include in my note?

im working on drafting my note (im a chronic over-preparer, for better or worse) and im trying to make sure i have everything that i need to say (it's not like ill get a chance to add things after the fact).

so far i have my 2 main reasons (the shitstorm that is our political climate, and my own loneliness), logistical information (passwords, bank details, etc), people that i want to know im gone but probably wont read the note (ie extended family/friends), and a few individual messages (that I havent written out yet).

so the question is this: what should i include in my note? is there anything that i missed? what do you think is the most important to include?
