Bad day

Today is a terrible day. I'm hurting so bad. I'm having a hard time breathing. I can't stop crying.
My insides feel like they want to explode into a million pieces.
It hurts so much.
The saddest part about it is nothing happened. I just woke up in excruciating pain, physically, mentally, and emotionally.
I just want it to stop.
PLEASE STOP!

I woke up again this morning with the 'Big Chill', the cold realization that she is still gone for eternity

Existence really is so cruel and it does seem as though there is no escape from suffering in a life like this. I'm sorry that you are trapped in this situation. I wish you relief as none of us should ever have to endure such pain.
