Does anyone else feel like they are on autopilot? Just going through the motions, and feeling very disconnected from everything?
I don't even feel like anything is real.
I feel like I'm here, but not really. Almost like everything is a dream.
It all feels very surreal.

This might could've been written by me, if I didn't know.
My past many months has been quite like this. The detachment from your inner and emotions.
I am not sure if I even recall before. I have begun to question if I have even felt differently ever, it's weird.
Sometimes the feelings and thoughts about the lack of reality are worse, almost to the paranoid side, I don't know even know what to call it.

I may not know exactly how you feel, but I can relate to your thoughts and I hear you.

Life is a long nightmare. Every morning I wake up and realize this is my reality, and the negative thoughts begin. I think the autopilot comes from repetition. We've been living in captivity for so long, that it's become our comfort zone. We aren't allowed to explore the earth.

Yes, i have felt this for a long time. Almost as if i am existing in a bad dream, sadly it's real life.

Oh yes that resonates a lot here. The body or what I call ME moves in autopilot througt time and space. Everything feels complete unreal and I wonder if I really exist. Or is it all a dream dreamed by whats- or whoever ...
