Will be trying this method tonight but i have limited resources... instead of tape i will use string and instead of bags, tightly folded t shirts. please let me know if there is anything else i need to know about this method that will help make it more sucsessful. thanks.

Don't attempt this method with "limited resources" as you have stated above. Get yourself a tourniquet or ratchet. It's not that easy to compress the carotids.

Just know the risks, that's what I wanted to say. Imo NN is difficult to to do everything right although it looks "easy".
