It makes it easier, but it's not required at all.
Would drinking SN count as under influence? You don't need to be drunk to drink it. Now you made me wonder, maybe drinking a few shots of vodka before is a good idea. I have never seen anybdoy talk about it, I don't think it would mess with the method.

No, I need to be fully aware so I don't fail and put everything in order. So no drugs, alcohol or medication for me.
Each person will know the moment.. when oneself reach the point where you can no longer bear another second of this existence.It is a risky move considering substances cloud your mind and reduce your coordination leading to possibly failing your attempt. Personally, I do not make an attempt until I feel completely ready to go which means I do not have fear and do not need substances.

Many posts have discussed waking up without even attempting because they were too high or drunk.
That still counts as a failure and brings the same negative emotions.

Absolutely 110% Yes.... I've had this scene / scenario in my mind for awhile , If I finally commit to it.
Drink some mushroom tea, drink some whiskey, smoke some good bud, hit the nitrous, Maybe some dope...... Get lostt Af in my music , blast some Nice artillery/ fireworks.... Then Boom... 12ga to my dome. Game Over. Done Son.Last edited:
