Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I don't know what is, maybe the hot weather is too uncomfortable to do anything with, maybe it's better to die in a sad season.
Even if I want to ctb I just don't want to do it in summer.
Anyone like me?

Yeah, I can relate. As to whether or not I'd actually do it in this time frame, I have no idea, but September-November is usually what comes to mind when I think of ctb.
Yes, I have always liked the sound of ctb in winter, as that is when my birthday is. I want to do it near then as I dislike my birthday now. I much prefer the colder weather and I would like to leave this world when it is cold.
Yep, though for me it's holiday related. Hard enough to be around happy carefree people the rest of the year but the pressure of Christmas and New Years make me more depressed every year. I think if I ctb it'll probably be on NYE as it's my least favorite night of the year.
