I know corporations use any excuse to rip people off but these scum have actually just blatantly robbed me.
They started asking for my mother's marriage certificate, then after that they wanted birth certificate which they then said was no use because it was her maiden name which i told them to begin with.
The complaints departments are the same bloody office so you're helpless to these gangsters with certified logos.
I explained clearly that they were causing family problems as asking my mother who I am estranged from for her passport and other documentation is slot to ask.
They have just antagonized me daily and I got a email today saying I wouldn't be getting a refund and I need to write to them again explaining why I didn't continue with application (despite asking for support twelve times) and basically asking me to write why I want my own birth certificate back. I am targeted by these sadistic cowards and so are other people but we are distracted by gizmos until it becomes too much.
Has anyone got a good place to talk about this stuff for me please?
