Have you tried searching "Philippines sn" using the ss search? (Magnifying glass symbol, top right corner)

Pretty sure that a famous online shopping app had SN before, is it gone now? For meto, not sure, but you can buy domperidone (w/c has the same purpose as meto) from most drug stores without prescription. In fact, if you buy from generic drug stores, it can be very cheap.

Found an online store that sells SN an hour ago, thanks for the help either way. As for domperidone, I've considered it but I'm using it as a last resort if I really can't get my hands on meto. Haven't really read any documentation regarding the effectiveness of domperidone as a substitute so I've been somewhat hesitant.
