On places like reddit, everyone (outside of gun subreddits) seem to be very antigun and it is hard to connect will people who have a interest in firearms

Better yet, if you have a gun club nearby, you can go. Surely gun forums outside Reddit exist since it's a very wide interest. So many people live guns, they boil it down to the smallest part and statistic and detail. It's as if you don't know guns, you won't make it to the end of the thread.
