Anyone from Perú or Bolivia?

I've read that in Peru and Bolivia getting N is more or less easy and cheap, but I'm not sure about this. Also, I think that currently, they have restrictions for foreign travelers regarding the pandemic, so I assume that is not so easy or cheap to travel there nowadays.

Is anyone from one of these countries here that could give me information about this?
