Honoring your French heritage, I see.would it offer a quick and easy method?
Hmm...I think it might be possible to have one where you can just put your neck in the groove and then pull a rope to release the blade.I am not sure how would you operate it by yourself. Would it require assistance?
Yeah. Sounds like a fun DIY project, tbh.Hmm...I think it might be possible to have one where you can just put your neck in the groove and then pull a rope to release the blade.

Pity you can't just order one from Argos ,have it delivered and do a quick self assembly.....but no ,its just wardrobes and coffee tables.....Life isn't fair...! )If I was 'handy' enough to build a guillotine I probably wouldn't be unemployed and wouldn't be on here:)
Yeah and Sweden has one of the highest suicide rates so...why no Ikea guillotine?
for your quarantine.Ikeatine.
I might be wrong but I think once it severs the spinal cord you're good. No, because I know that I'll fuck up somewhere and guillotines need a lot of technical knowledge to function correctly, and even then, there's always the possibility of it getting stuck halfway resulting in a very painful death.
Wow that's interesting. I would've guessed it was something like the 1920st

(The last criminal execution by guillotine in France took place in 1977 , just in case anyone's interested)
