Discussion Anyone else imagine scenarios in their heads?

Almost every night when I lay in bed to sleep I think of scenarios I wish could happen where I CTB, the way I want the people in my life to react, the way I want things to happen, it almost makes me sad when I remember its all in my head.
I hate that I have no access to any of the things I would need to actually CTB if I ever really wanted too

I do every time. ifs my way of planning instead of writing it down sometimes. some are way over the top but its comforting.

Same, some are so elaborate even if I had the means I wouldn't do it that way, but its honestly kinda nice to think about them regardless

I will sometimes. It's comforting to just imagine a world where I killed myself, how I'd do it, and there's even a little bit of peace that comes with it. Just thinking about it having finally ended brings me immense amounts of comfort, even though I'm still lying in bed awake. Love and peace

I had something similar recently when I felt really bad. I woke up every morning imagining how it would feel when I hang myself. It even felt like I also dreamt about it, just without quite remembering it, because I had these pictures and thoughts in my head right after waking up. But I didn't exactly enjoy it. I mean I understood the reason for being occupied with these imaginatins as I still thought, that I had permanently fucked up my health and was convinced hanging myself was the only way out, but it was still unsettling.

Yes. Like literally every night too. It feels like tunnel vision

I'm a chronic daydreamer. Some of my daydreams are normal, getting a job I really want etc. But sometimes I imagine suicide in my daydreams. I'm scared by how comforting those daydreams are

i do all the time. its nice to imagine

i mostly imagine my funeral. in my note i've got a few instructions for my family to follow - songs to play, how to contact my friends, etc
