• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Jehovah's Witnesses in my case. But there's many more, even small ones no one has ever heard of.

I was born into the cult, so I had no choice. I grew up learning no matter how much I'll sacrifice, I'll never be enough. I was taught shame about my body and that God is always watching. I was at risk of becoming homeless as a child. Simple joys like celebrating birthdays or watching Harry Potter were punished. They isolated us and showed us videos of the FBI kicking our doors in when the apocalypse arrives.

I left when I was 14 and I was lucky there were no consequences.

My mom left several years later and we succesfully rid ourselves of their cruel teachings.

If wish that would have been my only trauma in life, though...

Oh well.
