Venting Any issues from your bank while buying BTC?

Very frustrated with this. After deciding to proceed with the BTC purchase, I first ran into verification issues with the cryptocurrency app I'm using. Now, I have to get in touch with my bank in order to be allowed to make a purchase through the app. While I appreciate their efforts to avoid scamming, I'm worried I might simply not be able to purchase through the app. I've discovered several BTC ATMs near me, but the fees are higher.

Just needed to vent. Has anyone else had issues with their bank?

Yes, some banks don't even allow cryptocurrency purchases. Fucking assholes.

That's just ridiculous. It's our money, isn't it? I'll speak with them on Monday and if not I'll just do it through an ATM machine, fuck it.
