Does anyone know what I can use to act as an antimetic for the sn method? I found a website that sells sn I just need the other half to succeed my attempt. I don't feel like going to a doctor and lying or getting rejected because I'm too lazy to do so and I'm generally a bad liar anyway. I would really appreciate if someone can help me out on this one!

I'm lurking here because I'm wondering about the same thing. Maybe try the SN mega thread? I personally got more help there.

Also just read that over the counter antiemetics will simply not work... but if you cannot go to a doctor then at least get Benadryl.

Its not an alternative necessarily, but I like domperidone. I find it's fairly easy to find online as well.

In the PPH handbook, doesn't it also say that Cannabis can be used as a second line alternative smoked 10 mins before ingesting SN?

If anyone has any further knowledge / experience of this or using THC gummies as an antiemetics for SN I would dearly love to hear it. As i'm very likely going to try this myself if I don't get the traditionally recommended antiemetics.

Hi, I used to be active on this forum a few years ago. Back then it was suggested Buccastem M could be used as a suitable antiemetic, and easy to buy over the counter. Have opinions changed on this?

I've heard cannabis isn't a great choice, but if you have nothing else I guess you should. I think that's more what they are suggesting… like, better than nothing 🤷🏻‍♂️.

Buccastem M has prochlorperazine in it, so maybe? Never seen any confirmed deaths with it though. I'd give it a shot if I had access to it.

I think that was the sentiment behind it. Can't see any reason why it wouldn't work giving prochlorperazine is a recommended antiemetic? Perhaps not as effective as metoclopramide but probably still a safe alternative?
