If this is a consideration for you, make sure to factor in where you live, and how far away is the nearest hospital or clinic with advance lifesaving facilities. Methylene blue is the antidote and will need to be administered in short order. If you live an hour from the nearest hospital, the chances of being able to call for help and be saved are significantly lower.

Usually people make goodbye threads when it's their time to CTB and members provide them with moral support or even encourage them to seek help if they develop cold-feet.

I think in order to overcome any panic that might occur, you need to really convince yourself that living would be much worse and ctb is the only realistic option you have. Easier said than done of course.

Also maybe you could practise situations where you raise your heart rate and feel genuinely scared (although I don't know if it will be equivalent to ctb).

OP you really really need to be 100% sure you want to CTB. Right now it seems you have not quite accepted CTB. Even if you call the hospital there is a very high chance you will die.

Alcohol is not a good idea. You're supposed to fast before taking SN. And consuming alcohol especially is a bad idea considering the effect it has on your stomach.

1. Chose desired benzos.
2. Read the leaflet which should be available online.
3. There would be symptoms listed in the leaflet.
4. Chose few of these symptoms and tell the doc you got them.
5. Get the prescription and go to the pharmacy to take your benzos.
