Amitriptyline and SN question

Hey guys, I just took an amitriptyline pill and it calmed me down a lot and I was wondering if it is okay for me to take a pill when I take my SN and if it is okay then where do I factor it into Stan's guide?
Please help me on this one.

I don't know about ami. I hate that stuff and won't take it ever fucking again, sorry for the language but my experience was horrible.
Anyway, don't know about ami, but I've seen people taking benzos half hour before sn if I recall correctly. Sorry can't be of more help.

I was prescribed a lower dose of Amitryptilline (25 mg) for gastritis, and it did help for that. Who knows, it might help a bit with the stomach discomfort from SN. I can't say for certain as I haven't taken SN, but I don't see how it would hurt. I take mine at night and it usually helps me to sleep within an hour. I think you wouldn't want to take it at the same time as it wouldn't have a chance to work. Maybe a half hour before. I wouldn't take too high a dose though, as it can make you dizzy or too sleepy.

Yeah that's what I am thinking of doing. I am just scared it puts me off from doing it since its an antidepressant. I will decide against it just in case it makes my SI stronger.

I don't think it would affect your SI if you are only taking it short-term. It takes a couple of weeks to build up its antidepressant effect.
