Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I'm getting sick of hearing the sirens of "heroes" drive by. I'm on a main artery that goes through Utica. it's kind of eerie to think about that they'll be driving by to run to someone else when I'm half dead on my couch.
I live within earshot of the main highway through town and the hospital is only a couple of miles away, so I hear ambulances all day. I also hear fire trucks often, there's a fire station nearly as close as the hospital is. I also hear the medevac at least once a day, the hospital has a landing pad.

You must live in the middle of nowhere. I've lived in places that were very rural I'm talking so rural no cell service and one would come every now and then

I agree with your second sentence but I don't see why you would call them busybodies. EMTs don't come unless they are called for. They aren't annoying like HOA lawn inspectors , speed trapping cops , tv license collectors (UK and japan ).
