• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I keep hearing a voice telling my I'm worthless over and over again.

I'm pretty sure the voice isn't real.

It's this a depression thing? It's very strange.
Surely if I know it's a hallucination then it can't be a hallucination. Is that a thing?

psuedohallucination. its a hallucination but you know its not real. i have both. psuedohallucinations are more frequent for me though. (btw i have visual hallucinations)

i hear the same "voice" but i know its just me putting myself down. at least i think it is. thanks to another disorder of mine i think all of my physical and mental problems are fake which really only makes things worse

It is like you're actually hearing it? Like as if someone was speaking to you but there's no one there?
The fact that you can tell it's a hallucination is a good sign, I would guess. It's more worrying when people hear voices but believe them to be real.

Thanks for the link! That actually helps. I'm kinda thinking this isn't much to worry about now.

Even though I'm no fan of doctors and psychiatrists, I would still recommend you mention it to some kind of professional, if it starts bothering you too much.
But yea, try not to worry too much about it.
