Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

so today i had a moment where everything seemed perfect, i suddenly snapped out of the sadness for 10 minutes, i could finally imagine myself studying, exercising and overall being productive. Then 10 minutes later, everything is back to sadness. This happens probably twice a week, and sometimes these "highs" last for days, and sometimes i cant sleep during these highs. Ik im supposed to get a diagnosis from a psychiatrist, but what might be the issue? bipolar disorder, very depressed or just hormones acting up?

You could probably try one of those quizzes or questionnaires online to see. It does sound like it if you're getting the highs and lows, I think racing thoughts is another symptom. You could always go to your doctor then if the test comes back with a high indication of bipolar.
