Venting almost all of it’s gone, now what

spent most of my money, I only have 600 left. I was preparing to spend the last on a short trip with my partner before ending it, however I feel like things are getting a little bit better,
I know this was a mistake, and I may have to CTB anyways. Just sucks. I don't get why im like this.
I'm never enough, everything I feel is the right move it's always wrong, im always inferior, always horrible, wrong, fuck.
just need the courage to get over my instinct.
