So I tried to be sober for a couple months and that caused a whole situations and I have big feelings around it but that's not what I wanna say.
Anyone else trying to numb with alcohol and benzos? Since it's been a few months it's not going to take a lot of feel relatively zen. Wondering if there was a way to ctb like this, aside from using benzos when I finally get SN
