• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Hi
Does anyone else have this "problem"?
I get like really frustrated about the smallest things that happen in my daily life. That frustration leads to aggression. Like I don't even know how to explain it but I just feel so angry and then I just need to hurt myself because I don't know how else to cope with it.
This is happening constantly and I don't know what to do.

Yes, I experience(d) this for sure. Things are starting to get that way again fast, and I'm not sure what to do. And noticing how irrationally angry and frustrated I get makes me more angry and frustrated. Sorry you're going through this, I wish I could provide some advice right now.
