I live in Syria which has one of the heaviest economic sanctions overall and especially on buying and selling online, the country has no local online market and every imported item will be searched and confiscated by the government
this basically means that i need to find a local way even though i really prefer the pill
the local way must be something painless, quick and preferably not messy
just hoping to find some suggestions

Welcome to the forum. I'm sorry you have to suffer much in this country. Well, you can read about methods in the Suicide Resource Compilation. Hanging might the only way bc ig ropes are available? If done right it's relatively fast and painless when you pass out quick.
