Advice needed

I've tried partial a few times on my last try, I was using a belt, i don't think I passed out but I ended up with blood spots on my face, a bit under my eyes on my forehead and where the belt tighten around my neck and by my ear, was this due to bad technique or was I actually getting somewhere with it?
I was hoping to do a full one in the end but my spot is not as quite as what I thought it would be, so back to the partial..
I don't know if anybody would be able to shed any light or if that's allowed

There's plenty of threads for hanging.
Though with experience I don't recommend a belt. I have failed a few times with them.
Partial seems to fail very often from what I've read here

you just created pressure in face.
you need a medium-gauge rope that you can buy at any DIY store. people use it for example for boats
put as close to the mandible. higer from larynx. there are plenty of tutorials...

Ok thanks for the pointer, i never thought of weight bearing so that could of been a mishap.. if there is anything else shoot it my way.. thank you again, you have helped me in my time of need, more then you will ever know
