you won't find it on Amazon. there are certain sources for sn that members of this forum arent allowed to explicitly share. but there are plenty of hints on the forum so it isn't very difficult to find a source. good luck.
It's not an illegal substance, you just can't buy it as a private person. As a commercial user you can buy it without any problem.
