I have Monkshood which flowers in my garden (was here when we moved in)

Does anyone know of how to prepare it, crush the petals and mix in a drink?
Do the petals need to be dried?
Or is it the root?
Just if anyone had any idea of where i could find out, i would be very grateful.

I did read that it is the whole plant that is poisonous, from petals, stem to the root.
I am just trying to find out more. I know it wouldn't taste nice, but if I could disguise it in something then that might be a bit better. But if not, I would just quickly swallow it and that would be that.

Thank you.

If you have access to the search function, try that out. I remember looking up this method on here before and a few results showed up if I remember right.
