I realize I was careless in searing and purchased Sodium nitrate instead of nitrite. I was going to mix it in water and drink it. Did I ruin my plans?

SN without any protocol, for those who have no access to those meds, will work (those who think it won't - go ahead try to prove it - more likely the last message - or nice try pro-lifers) Nitrate with the best protocol won't work because nitrite oxidizes and it becomes nitrate. I see it as rusty metal. I am not a chemist but once it's different it won't work.
