Accessible helpers for SN?

I would like to ask if there are any easy to obtain "helpers" in SN? Meto and benzo are not so easy to get, especially the latter. I mean some OTC drugs that may help just a little, or other stuff like alcohol, but I don't know if it should be mixed with SN.
