hi. sorry if these have already been asked.

i don't have a scale. how much is 20gm of SN in terms of teaspoons, tablespoons, etc?
i have no access to antiemetics. is it ok to just have an extra drink of it in case i throw up? i know i shouldn't eat the day before doing it to decrease the chance of vomiting, but is there anything else i can do?
should i be laying on my back or on my side? which side?

Around a not so full spoon. a 17 yo died recently with just a spoon without antiemetic, but make sure you get antacid since acid can turn nitrite to nitrate. Extra drink is advised after throwing up. It doesn't matter just lay down somewhere that doesn't look like you collapsed. I took 2 grams sn yesterday to test it and wemt super pale and weak after minutes and puked everything in 7mints. I had ate a lot before so i didn't absorb much.

I think a lot of people take an extra drink (or even a few glasses), which is safer to do because it ensures death (if you're not found). I don't think lying on your back or side matters, but maybe one position would make you feel more comfortable and less queasy so that you don't vomit. Also, I heard some people fast for about 4 days. I'd also say give yourself plenty of extra time to not get found since you're not taking an antiemetic and chances are higher that you'll vomit, which shouldn't prevent you from dying, it just might take a bit longer.

oh, okay. i thought back or side might matter bc of the positioning of the stomach.

A lot of people sit up, and then when they start to feel a little dizzy or tired, that's when they go lie down. It'll probably get to your stomach a bit faster while sitting up as gravity will help it go down smoothly just like how swallowing food or water while lying down is sometimes a bit more difficult.
