A didnt send me N and he wont answer

Hello everyone. I will be glad if someone can give an advice.
I have ordered N from A but it didn't arrive maybe due to the fact that the airports were closed.
Now when I want to buy it again he won't answer. He just dissapeared.
I know for sure I have the right address I just can't understand what is going on and why did he scam me?

Im afraid that the email I have is genuine as I checked it several times..
I was supposed to get it 2 months ago but it didn't arrive maybe because the airport was closed.
I contacted d meanwhile and thankfully he responded immediately.
