We talk about CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) sometimes in my therapy sessions, and I recently slipped up and said CTB to her by mistake yikes.

i hear you. psych wards are a cage where "Bad" suicidal people get thrown into. some wards are worse than others..

Being there involuntarily is the worst. At least in prison you know when you're getting out. In a ward, someone else gets to decide when you're free...

when I get excited to lay in bed at the end of a long day to browse on this forum. before this I used to watch YouTube and Netflix, but I havent touched those apps in a few weeks. and that says a lot, because I used to have minimum of four hours screen time watching content on there.
