"Baby Boomer" is a generation, and "Boomer" is a word used to label those who are considered out of touch with the present regardless of their age - basically it is a mindset. Plus the "okay Boomer" meme has been dead for quite a while, so if anyone calls you a boomer then they are a boomer themselves considering that they are using an outdated term.
