• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

That's what a friend just told me. Apparently it's all my fault to be depressed and lonely. I have to be "sincere" with my therapist and change things otherwise I'll be in the same place within 5 years.
"Life is hard not easy", she said.
Like she did, she accepted it was her and not the world against her. It seems I'm proud and I pick a "take it or leave it" stance.
"You don't have a discapacity and you're super smart".
Well it seems it's all my fault to be depressed

Damn, I hate it when they say that.
I usually answer: "I have everything to be suicidal!"

They just didn't know how to help.

our brains look at things differently,
both their and our brains are selective,
On top of that a brain could simply malfunction.

a millions way to not feel good all of a sudden,
Or for a long time if it was circumstantial/ relating to mental health.

If you believe in God, you can against it or accept. God create universal and human beings. God is the one should be blamed if you against it. Your friend are right on something. I don't believe there has God. I just want to know when I will relieve forever and I don't need to suffering all.

I wish I were fully equipped for suicide. A DIY N kit would be so convenient.

It's easy for people to say those things when they have never been in our position.

People say that bullshit to me too, about being super smart and a lot of my problems just being my perspective. Do they have chronic fatigue syndrome that's very disrupting neurologically? No. So how can they understand if someone is disabled or not if they never walked a mile, much less a centimeter, in our shoes.

I am sorry your friend had nothing helpful to say and just wanted to cast blame on you.

They don't have anything meaningful to say, but they also can't say nothing, so they can only throw out bloopers. It's not actual, seriously-meant advice or reflection. Just people "doing their part" for you.

Ignore them, they just don't understand because they haven't gone through the same pain.
It's moslty people who have amazing lives who tell others to "get used to it" or "life ain't easy".
It's like a millionaire telling a homeless person that life is beautiful.
