Since I was asked if there were any troubles at home (when I stated that I get anxious in class) and I was told that I have no reason to be anxious. I will be writing a note detailing how I've felt for the past five or more years. I don't want them to feel blamed but I do want them to realize that their inability to understand me hurts.

If you're focusing on the past five or so years, try starting at the first major difficulties of that timeframe that you encountered that made you depressed/suicidal. That's probably where I would start in your position.I wrote a note like a personal biography before, starting from the first thing that looking back makes me realize I'd always come to suicide. No one will see said note but it was somewhat nice chronologically listing events and remembering more as I went from the beginning. So I'd agree with Fumito, writing from the first major difficulty could work well. Or just write as anything comes to you, if that's easier. Can always reorganize/rewrite later.Similar threads
