I ask it because I've been in an anxiety crisis all spring but I feel like I almost don't wanna give in until it's passed? Like fuck you anxiety, but let's discuss ctb when we're rational again...

I think after it passes would be ideal but I'm losing sight that a good time exists for me.
I think it's super personal too because a crisis can put things in perspective and also distort things. I hope it does pass for you soon and you get some time to rest and to catch your breath.

I decided to ctb when I was 11. Since then and with so many years that have passed by, I feel like my decision is logical for me. I would do it on a crisis since it would help me gather courage I myself need.

If I was in the middle of one right now, I would wait, just because I don't want to do it impulsively and screw something up. When you're more calm and rational, it puts you in a better position to make important decisions.

As strong a believer in the right to choose as I am, I also am a very strong believer in only ending one's life if *absolutely certain*. That's why when acquiring means, I have put in a lot of steps between me and the means (e.g. I have to go somewhere else to pick up part Y then go to another place to get part Z). So that only if I am totally certain will I execute.

I think it should be until the crisis has passed. 1. it is important to be sure if it is what we want... 2. being in crisis there is the possibility of ruining our plan. it is always better to wait and be rational about ctb

After personally.
I think my decision to ctb is rational however so if I do die during a crisis it doesn't really change my outlook on it, nor could it because i'd be dead but that's beside the point. Everything leading up to this point has been thoroughly thought through. I've tried to exhaust almost every option I am willing to but with having chronic pain on top of mental health issues, it will always be a constant fight to stay afloat.
I do think you should try to wait though if you are in a crisis.
In my sane mind I prefer to ctb after the crisis. But when I'm in a crisis I might not have the mental capacity to convince myself not to ctb immediately.
I think that it would be harder to plan ctb if someone is experiencing a lot of anxiety. I think that I would personally wait, but after all we all have the right to exit this world at a time of our own choosing and only the individual knows when it is time to leave this world.
Every day I adapt and adjust to this misery more and more and it becomes less appetizing to CTB… So may be a crisis is the only thing that would make it happen
