I want to do a method that doesn't have me break any laws. If I fail, I don't want to get in trouble. I know P (Phenibut) has its uses, will it be beneficial or harmful with SN? I don't think I would be able to get Benzos and P acts as a depressant so I was thinking it might be handy.

If it is useful, how much should I take of it? I read the SN guide and didn't see any mention of it. Anti-emetics might be an option but I think I would be limited to OTC.
