• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

    👉 View the ledger here

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I think it would be instantly lights out, so no pain

But I've never tried of course

Google Kevin Hines. He survived jumping from the Golden Gate Bridge.

I'd reckon shattering your bones on concrete would be pretty painful, yeah.

No it wouldn't , you would loose consciousness before you could register pain

I was about to ask pretty much the same question but will instead bump this thread

Anyone who's knowledgeable about the topic actually know? Maybe @Defenestration since you've probably done quite a lot of research?

You can enter cardiac arrest if you fall from high enough. You'll be dead by the time you even touch the floor.

That'd require to be under a lot of stress though which isn't a guarantee though, otherwise all jumpers would've died from it, no?
I legit never heard about jumpers that died that way, interesting

i always thought the scary part would be falling, the anxiety right before your body hits the ground. but i imagine once u make contact, it would be a quick death or, at least, you'd pass out. doesnt sound so bad
