Would it be smart to buy N from D right now given the recent seizures and LE visits?

I am looking to buy in a week when I get paid. I'm in North America. Anyone in North America have any recent experiences or advice for me? It would be so greatly appreciated.

Losing money is the least of my worries considering other things that are worse can happen. I am more afraid of the legal trouble I could get in. If it gets seized, will I go to prison or be forced into involuntary hospitalization?
