Would hanging reduce the effects of the poison?

Hello, I was wondering if I were to take 20g of sn before hanging, would the poison lethality be reduced somehow due to the body not being able to breathe anymore?
I guess the body would have a hard time distributing the poison to blood if thats the case, or am I wrong?

No, the poison would still be reduce the oxygen-carrying capacity of your blood. There isn't a lot of point combining these methods in my opinion.
