And what about inserting SN inside an ice cube like a small one wouldn't it be alot easier to be ingested? (I mean the ice Cube with SN inside it, even better if it will be a very small ice cube tho)

So it will not be salty to ingest.

It's a thought, but it's also a gamble. No one really knows how that will affect the absorption.

The taste isn't that bad, although I had a much lower amount than recommended. Just tasted like salt water. I didn't feel the need throw up.

That could be a possibility yes i think i will do it, if i get how to put it there.

But i don't think it will affect that much the absorption, because the stomach is already hot especially with acids inside it and even the reason that it's summer.

I am just too curious, so how many grams of SN did you ingest and which is ur weight?

The whole point is you're kicking back like a shot, you're not going to be sipping on the damn thing. Ice would only get in the way. If you let it sit in there & it starts to melt, that's just adding extra water & diluting it, bad idea every way you look at it.

Yep it is bad, but not in this other way, where you put it inside the ice cube, so you don't need to do a shot of it, but just need to ingest the ice cube itself with SN inside of it, but the very answer is.. Will 50 ml be enough to make this work?

I remember reading somewhere (don't remember if it was the SN Bible or the thread about the stability of SN) that SN is sensitive to temperatures & should not be frozen.

If you absolutely do not care if you CTB or not, try it.

I can only imagine it being slower. Also; swallowing an ice cube whole?

Salt also lowers the freezing point of water. Bet SN would do something similar..
