1. 400g 0.6% solution contains only 2,4g of SN... that's WAY too little
2. Even if it contained enough SN you would probably end up throwing up everything.
So the answer is no.

This stuff is hard to find indeed but a few searches will soon tell you where to find the compound, given that is that what you truly want.
