No, not unless you happen to be severely allergic to one of them and die of anaphylactic shock. 400mg of tramadol is in fact within the daily therapeutic limit and those benzos, depending on what they are and how much is in each pill, will also either fall within the therapeutic range or are just a bit over. Yes, opiates and benzos and alcohol in combination will potentiate each other's CNS depressing effect but it will take hell of a lot more than the daily max dose of them to kill yourself.

Doubt it. Honestly I wouldn't use tramadol for any purpose really, suicide the least. It's too weak and also IIRC the safety limit of it is 400mg a day(not at once). Going above that dose the risk of having an epileptic seizure gets higher and I can tell you having a seizure isn't exactly pleasant or desirable. I took 400mg at once one time and out of nowhere came a seizure, fell on my face, spasmed and lost consciousness after a couple seconds. If you get unlucky and have a seizure and hit your head properly, you'll be a vegetable for the rest of your life.
