Title, would 1000 units of short acting insulin kill me?

Internet leans yes as per a Reddit thread of nurses, search results here inconclusive because the failures never stated the amounts they used

This is equal to 10 entire vials/pens

If anyone is familiar with Insulin feel free to comment

1000 units is one vial.

Ok I meant 10 vials, 10,000 units. Or even 20
